Scispace is looking for a Technincal recruiter and HR Operations to join our world-class team Full-Time Opportunity On-site (With hybrid work model) You will be responsible for handling the Talent Recruitment and HR Opeartions on a day over day basis.
This position will report to the CEO of Scispace.
Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a mix of hiring for technical and non-technical roles Prior experience in HR operations and Employee management.
Must have built teams in a start-up environment or have built 0 to 1 teams previously Recruitment Resonsibilities Ability to identify, attract, engage, and effectively manage the interview, negotiation, and closing process Strong written and verbal communication Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and requirements in the AI field Responsibilities Partner closely with hiring managers/leadership to build scalable recruiting processes and hire incredible talent Own full cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles Proactively source to build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, employee referrals, , virtual job fairs, etc.) Deploying strategies to build robust and diverse pipelines, ie targeted sourcing, employer branding, events, etc HR Operations Responsibilities: You’ll drive employee engagement, business partnering, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, policy-making, and HR tech.

Develop and manage HR policies, including Office Policy, Po SH, PIP, Leave Policy, etc.

Ensure compliance with Indian and state labor laws.
3.
Manage HRIS software for onboarding, leave tracking, project management, and HR data audits.
4.
Handle vendor and business management, including negotiations for office operations, assets (laptops, etc.), hiring agencies, and other services.
5.
Experience in policy creation, revision, and management.
Employee Engagement & Relations: 1.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including fun events, outings, and activities.
2.
Support the founder in performance evaluations and feedback processes.
3.
Ability to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including events, outings, and creative team-building activities.
Employee Retention & Feedback: 1.
Conduct quarterly and annual feedback surveys to enhance employee experience and retention.
Employee Lifecycle Management: 1.
Oversee pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth hire-to-retire journey.
2.
Occasionally assist in recruitment as needed.
