Talent Acquisition Specialist
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Multi-Functional hiring at Mid and Senior levels for Big Brands PAN India
Manage the entire recruitment process end to end for the clients
Connect with various clients for recruitment needs in the Country
Understand the client requirement clearly
Understand the Job Description
Head Hunt the right candidates from the database /portals
Discuss the job role and align them for the role
Line-up the candidate for interview and coordinate for scheduling
Ensure candidate turn-ups for interviews
Co-ordinate the paper work for offer discussion with the shortlist candidate
Ensure the smooth joining of the selected candidate
Who Can Apply: - If you
· Are passionate to make a career in HR
· Have excellent/ better English communication skills
· Are Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream
· Have 6 months + exp. in any job
· Are a keen fresher with a mature head
