Job Description
Job PurposeThe Role ensures deployment of HR activities during the assigned shift at the plant. This role works closely with the Plant HR Lead and the HR & Compliance SOPC to deliver all activities on the group.
Roles and Responsibilities
• HR presence/SPOC in shifts and ensuring 247 HR presence on the floors
• Drive employee engagement during the shifts
• Responsible for all the HR activities like deployment checking, Training in shifts, assisting Hiring Grievance handling, d
• Data collation and verifying during the shift.
• Attendance Data for Payroll
• Co-ordinate recruitment process
• Pre-joining and Joining Formalities for all new joiners
• Contractual Manpower planning and deployment tracking with vendor
• Maintenance of other MIS for contractual employees
• Time Office and Wages administration to contractual employees
• Collating of monthly Provisions data to Finance
Profile & Eligible Criteria
• Graduate with 2-3 Years of HR Operations Experience in a manufacturing plant
• Openness to work in any shift
• Ability to handle entire shift of Blue collared workforce
• Good Excel skills
