Key Responsibilities
• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, coordination with leadership,
and full-cycle recruiting.
• Responsible person for onboarding employees and support.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process including salary negotiation with candidates
• Responsible to manage the exit process including conducting exit interviews and exit formalities.
• Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader
and member.
• Nurture a positive working environment
Skills
• Preferably US Market experience and proven working experience in Talent Acquisition/ Generalist profile
• Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
• Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the leadership team.
