Key responsibilities will include: Drive synergies through coordinating with business and respective line HR leaders Review the queries assigned via Panorama for their team and divide the domain areas as appropriate, ensuring we are improving on our response SLAs, and Customer Experience Hold MBRs with respective HR leaders and HRBPs of the team to share insights across common areas and business specific areas. Drive efficiencies and drive continuous improvements in various processes like query resolution, engagement with employees, and data reporting needs. Dive deep into different categories of queries to look at opportunities for standardization and optimization and to drive process improvements at scale through HR Partners. Work with HR leaders of respective teams to understand the business needs and goals and assign them to HRPs in the team. Work with the HRP team, and:a. Demonstrate understanding of performance and leadership bar and effectively applies to hiring decisions and direct reports.b. Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports to help grow individual functional skills and leadership capability, with support from senior managers.c. Set goals for individuals to achieve department or function level goals.In addition, the role holder will also support a few teams (employees and frontline manager) in the capacity of a HR Partner. Key responsibilities will include: Design, deliver and constantly improve our Onboarding Programs for the business, in order to guarantee a positive Day 1/employee experience. Partner with HR Services (HRS) to ensure that people processes are continuously reviewed and streamlined. Act as the local expert on requests that are site specific like policies and labor law changes. Support front line people managers on performance management cases. Supports Employee Relations processes and consult managers on people matters that require knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation. Manage employee engagement programs and support managers with action plans to drive improvements. Provide the tools, framework and support to HR Business Partners and Business Managers on change initiatives and execute change plans locally. Support the Talent Management process, developing toolkits and communications that help managers to be self-sufficient. Enable the success of new and experienced managers by leveraging, delivering and improving existing training content. Support and coach front line managers for career development conversations. Act as stewards of the employee experience and Amazon culture keepers. Act as POC and Program
