Job Description
Collect and manage daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
* Accurately calculate bonuses, allowances, and statutory deductions.
* Manage statutory compliances including PF & ESIC.
* Ensure all legal compliances related to HR and payroll are met.
* Process monthly payroll using relevant payroll software & Salary Process.
* Schedule bank transfers or distribute paychecks manually as required.
* Distribute salary slips and maintain proper records of payment acknowledgements.
* Maintain and report payroll expenses in coordination with the accounts team.
* Ensure all payroll processes are compliant with current tax and wage regulations.
* Maintain accurate employee records, including bank details, PAN, and other statutory information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
