Job Description
• HR processes: Managing execution of key HR processes end to end as per employee lifecycle
• Payroll: Audit the 3rd party payroll and program manage the needs for the HR compliances.
• Engagement: Enhancing employee engagement through different initiates and planning of activities, Managing the execution of monthly business meets. Partner with third party partners on CSO engagement and resolve issues.
• Query resolution: Resolve queries of the employees in a timely manner and engage regularly with new joiners
Candidate requirement:
Roughly 2+ yrs of experience in HR operations/payroll
Experience (not mandatory) in employee engagement
Should have experience in Payroll Processing using SAP
