Reporting to the Senior HR Manager ANZ, this role involves ensuring accurate and timely delivery of outsourced payroll, compliance with local legislation, and providing expert guidance on payroll-related matters.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, Executive Leadership, and external partners to streamline processes and enhance employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
ANZ Outsourced Payroll Management: Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of outsourced payroll services
Compliance and Risk Management: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and practices across ANZ
Statutory and Third-Party Reporting: Preparing and submitting reports to relevant government agencies and third-party providers
Systems and Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improv
