Job Description
• You will be providing a high-level advice, support, and guidance
• Expertise in employee relations and managing complex staff relations casework, such as grievances, disciplinary and long-term absence
• Understanding and application of HR policies, HR best practise and employment law
• Ability to coach managers on all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, and performance and absence management
• Experience of TUPE would be an advantage.
• Experience of HR systems including day-to-day maintenance and reporting
• DBS will be required
• Role based in South Hampshire and some travel to operational sites may be required

The offer
• 2-3 months initial contract with scope for longer term for the right person
• Working via Hays on a weekly timesheet basis
• On site in Fareham and some travel to sites in Hampshire and nearby counties
• Preferential is circa 4 days per week on site but is open/flexible to suit eg 3/2
