Role:
HR Manager – Placement & Talent Acquisition
Location:
Pune (Onsite Only)
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in HR, placements, or talent acquisition (preferably in education, training, or IT sector)
Employment Type:
Full-Time, Senior Level
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with IT, cybersecurity, and technology companies for student placements.
Lead campus recruitment drives, placement talks, and job fairs across Maharashtra and beyond.
Collaborate with employers to understand workforce needs, share student profiles, and facilitate interviews.
Develop and execute effective placement strategies to maximize student employability.
Guide, train, and mentor junior HR/placement coordinators.
Organize resume workshops, mock interviews, and corporate readiness sessions for students.
Maintain accurate placement records and deliver regular reports to senior management.
Represent EncrypticSecurity in corporate forums and industry events.
Who Should Apply:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR, campus placements, or talent acquisition.
Strong corporate network in the IT/tech/cybersecurity industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in leading teams and achieving placement targets.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Willing to work full-time from our Pune office.
