The HR Process Excellence, Specialist (Bilingual) works closely with the Director, HR Process Excellence in driving education around the importance of process health, and in promoting adoption initiatives in our journey towards growing digitization and using data-driven insights in HR.

What You'll Do:

Maintain dialogue with store and store support partners and assess process health metrics to proactively find opportunities to provide supplementary education in the appropriate format

Leverage process health data to find opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations accordingly

Partner with Learning & Development team and subject matter experts to evaluate existing learning resources through a user-centric lens

Update existing job aids where required; Develop and deliver new, digestible learning resources and training curriculum to address gaps

Build agenda, secure presenters and compile PowerPoint content for weekly calls

Lead/ facilitate nation-wide calls (bilingual) with large audiences, using chats and polls to drive engagement

Market training/ education initiatives on internal social network to drive attendance

Assess and report on adoption, highlighting insights, suggesting opportunities and implementing improvements to boost where it is below established targets

Provide project support on strategic HR initiatives, including testing, notes consolidation and process mapping, drafting communications, etc.

Identify and propose new metrics to assess adoption of processes and tools/ resources

Work with collaborators to draft, vet, and distribute communications to various audiences to reinforce process and drive engagement and adoption

What You'll Bring:

3 - 5 years of proven experience in human resources, or related function

Experience applying analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and planning skills

Demonstrable ability to consolidate and analyze volumes of data and generate basic to intermediate level observations

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate in both French and English (bilingual)

Highly proficient in the MS Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

Familiar with Microsoft Yammer, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft SharePoint

Comfort level with leading/ facilitating Microsoft Teams calls for a large audience

Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering training

Proven diplomacy and social media savvy

Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work to meet shifting and competing deadlines and priorities.

Familiarity with Workday, and business processes within Workday, is an asset



Le spécialiste, processus et numérisation des RH (bilingue) travaille en étroite collaboration avec le directeur, processus et numérisation des RH pour favoriser l’éducation sur l’importance de la santé des processus et pour promouvoir les initiatives d’adoption dans notre cheminement vers la numérisation croissante et l’utilisation de données dans les RH.

Responsabilités :

Entretenir un dialogue avec les partenaires de centre de services aux magasins et des magasins, et évaluer les mesures de santé des processus afin de trouver de façon proactive des occasions de fournir des renseignements supplémentaires dans le format approprié.

Tirer parti des données sur la santé des processus pour trouver des occasions d’amélioration des processus et faire des recommandations en conséquence.

Collaborer avec l’équipe Formation et développement et les autorités en la matière pour évaluer les ressources d’apprentissage existantes en adoptant un objectif axé sur l’utilisateur.

Mettre à jour les aide-mémoire existants au besoin; élaborer et offrir de nouvelles ressources d’apprentissage et un programme de formation digestes pour combler les lacunes.

Établir l’ordre du jour, trouver des présentateurs et compiler le contenu PowerPoint pour les appels hebdomadaires.

Diriger et animer des appels à l’échelle nationale (bilingues) avec de grands publics, en utilisant des conversations et des sondages pour stimuler l’engagement.

Diriger des initiatives de formation et d’éducation sur les réseaux sociaux internes pour stimuler la participation.

Évaluer l’adoption et produire des rapports, mettre en évidence les constatations, suggérer des occasions et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour stimuler les résultats en deçà des objectifs établis.

Fournir un soutien opérationnel aux projets stratégiques RH, notamment en matière de tests, de consolidation de notes et de cartographie des processus, de rédaction de communications, etc.

Identifier et proposer de nouvelles mesures pour évaluer l’adoption des processus, des outils et des ressources.

Travailler avec des collaborateurs pour rédiger, examiner et distribuer des communications à divers publics afin de renforcer le processus et de favoriser l’engagement et l’adoption.

Exigences professionnelles

3 à 5 ans d’expérience éprouvée en ressources humaines ou dans une fonction connexe

Expérience en analyse, en résolution de problèmes, en relations interpersonnelles et en planification

Capacité reconnue à regrouper et analyser des volumes élevés de données et à générer des observations de base et intermédiaires

Aptitudes avancées en communication orale et écrite

Capacité à s’exprimer en français et en anglais requise (bilingue)

Très bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Connaissance de Microsoft Yammer, de Microsoft Forms et de Microsoft SharePoint

Aisance à diriger et à animer les appels Microsoft Teams pour un grand public

Solides compétences en présentation et expérience à offrir de la formation

Diplomatie éprouvée et connaissance des réseaux sociaux
