Job Title: HR Process Executive
Location: Mumbai, India
Job Summary: We are looking for a HR Process Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out basic HR process work and visit our clients. The candidate should be based out of Mumbai, India and should be willing to travel to clients for 3-4 days a week, while working from home for the remaining days.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct end-to-end HR process work for our clients, including but not limited to onboarding, exit formalities, attendance management, leave management, performance appraisal process and maintaining employee records.
2. Liaison with client HR teams to gather employee-related information and complete tasks within the designated timelines.
3. Ensure compliance with the company's HR policies and processes as well as the client's policies and processes.
4. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
5. Keep accurate and up-to-date HR-related documentation and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
6. Provide timely and accurate reports to the management as and when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Willingness to travel to clients for 3-4 days a week.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
