Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Professional located in Chennai. The HR Professional will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and ensuring effective HR management across the organization. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Notice: Immediate to 10 Days
Mandatory Languages to Speak: English, Tamil & Hindi/Telugu
Work Location: Chennai
Qualifications
Expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, HR Operations and HR Policies
Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Strong experience in Employee Engagement Activities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Hindi/Telugu speaking is must
