We deliver services by deploying associates who are located throughout the United States and in +0+ countries around the world to your supplier sites. Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors
Key Responsibilities:
Support on-site HR functions, including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting with investigations, and advising personnel actions.
Provide guidance to Site Manager on creating and updating site policies and procedures.
Manage online databases (SharePoint, StepQ) for document access, uploads, and data export; provide on-site IT support as needed.
Facilitate new hire orientation.
Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions.
Excellent organizational and computer skills.
Proficient in a quality management system.
Fluent in reading and writing English.
Must be U.S. Citizen.
2+ years of human resources experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Aerospace industry experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
