Job Description
DMI is looking for a HR Program Manager for its Bangalore/Pune division.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will provide HR support to the HRBP leads on the COE based projects at Geo or an organization level. This role will contribute to evolving and delivering the core HR practices established at DMI while contributing at a hands-on level to represent and cultivate DMI's culture.
The human resources project manager will participate in different projects to modernize the technology landscape within HR and identify areas where systems/processes can improve. So, the human resources project manager should have a solid project management background, complemented by process improvement and HR analytics
Reporting into the Lead of Human Resources for Commercial Division at DMI, this role will have direct interaction and engagement with the HR teams and the leaders.

Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience: 8-10 years relevant HR domain experience: MBA and/or PHR/SPHR preferred
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Employee Experience:
• Lead ongoing evaluations of the human resources landscape and communicate with stakeholders to define requirements to lead the design and implementation of solutions.
• Analyze existing human resources processes, identify gaps in current systems, and lead resolution projects.
• Apply project management procedures and best practices to HR initiatives.
• Recommend business system and process changes to improve and refine the capabilities of human resources systems.
Operational Excellence
• Programs and Processes : Provide sound and timely support by partnering with HR functional teams to deliver HR processes and programs, including (as applicable to location) salary reviews, performance reviews, HR information updates, performance management, benefits administration, compensation practices, and employment legislation.
• Promote self-service : Keep benefits brochures, personnel policies and procedures, and employee handbooks up-to- date & help creation of HR knowledge base for responding to tier 1 / tier 2 HR queries on key topics.
• HR Metrics and Trend Analysis : Provide advanced analysis to business unit/division management on a variety of human resource-related measures and contribute to recommendations to improve results.
• Business Specific HR Program Support: Contribute to program/project implementation and execution.
HR Geo Partner - may also:
• Assist in the execution of compensation objectives, workforce planning goals, HR policies and procedures.
• Partners with GEO HR Team & COEs to ensure that employee benefits programs are designed and renewed cost effectively.
• Monitor the recording and use of personal information in line with local and company Data Protection regulations.
• Partner w/ Global Mobility to relocate employees into and out of a specific geography.
• Serve on management team to address employee survey results, crisis management, Corporate handling of Best Places to Work, (GPTW)
Additional Requirements:
• 8-10 years relevant HR domain experience: MBA and/or PHR/SPHR preferred
