Role Overview:

HR Program Manager for Integration office will focus exclusively on the ongoing merger and integration exercise, while collaborating with key organizational stakeholders (HR team & Business leaders). The incumbent will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary mandate for the incumbent will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance as internal process, policy and approach gets streamlined to the group framework.

HR Program Manager will need to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities and changing landscapes. This means not only develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but also be ready to roll up sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Key responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead and manage ongoing integration projects across HR verticals including organizational redesign (wherever necessary). It will involve defining project plans, solutioning, stakeholder management to delivering results in time bound manner.

2. Deploy a structured methodology for change management activities to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiatives regarding Integration Management. Assess change impact analyses and readiness across functions to create mitigation plans with key stakeholders.

3. Manage the end-to-end communication efforts for Integration Projects including design, development, delivery, and management of communications.

4. Conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis across organization, including maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy

6. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Preferred Qualifications:

In this role, Incumbent will be expected to exhibit:

Subject Matter Expertise – Develop sound knowledge of core HR delivery processes and business understanding

Stakeholder Partnership – Work closely with functional HR partners and business leaders to develop effective partnership models for change management exercise.

Project Management – Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables

Desired Skills and Experience:

• PG/MBA in HR (Tier 1/2) with 2-4 years of experience in Start-Up/ Ecommerce /Retail either as Project Manager or consultants working in change management domain (or HR transformation).

• Sound knowledge and experience on business and systems transformation, HR process improvement, change management and Leadership engagement.

• Should be able to exhibit strong domain knowledge in at least two of the HR areas (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS/HR services, Organization Development, or Performance Management)

• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

• Strong analytics skills and understanding of data patterns

• Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
