Job Description
• Serve as a lead HR Operations specialist within the HR India operations team to provide relevant and effective HR Operations services to business within India(Gurgaon/ Bangalore)
• Lead HR projects to improve, streamline and transform/automate our processes and operations
• Administration and day to day management of operational processes as part of employee life cycle management
• Ensures standardized HR processes are effectively implemented, accurate in delivery, and services are delivered in a consistent way within agreed timelines.
• Advises and resolves employee queries on HR policies and processes
• Radically collaborates with specialist teams (e.g., payroll, COEs, business facing HR, finance, legal etc.) to deliver KPIs and high-quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations
• Monitors the completion of queries, and continually reviews policy, processes, data quality, system issues working closely with the Team Lead, to improve services against Service Level Agreements, reviewing own performance on a regular basis and in collaboration with the team
• Analyzing HR data and preparing HR reports and dashboard
• Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in India. This may involve working with legal resources and/or external consultants to interpret and implement complex/ambiguous policies
Benefit administration (Insurance policies, Employee Wellbeing initiatives)
• HR policy support, Management and timely updation of India HR Policies and processes.
• Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee queries
• Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business leaders, hiring managers, business/function HRBP's, employees and vendors.
• Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes
• Responsible for ensuring proper use of vendor management of HR services/operations providers within the India
• Assists in communication and training materials, event planning, ongoing HR initiatives
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required with experience in HR operations across India
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices and policies with knowledge of employment-related laws and India employment-related regulations
• Experience in supervising a team of HR professionals
• Exposure to HR transformation programs with Change Management skills
• Strong Project Management and transitioning skills with respect to organization, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning
• Strong HR analytical and presentation skills with excellent command in Excel (Advance excel, Macros etc.)
• Working knowledge of Success Factors or other HCM system.
