Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to oversee our client projects. The HR Project Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and training of employees for these projects. Additionally, the HR Project Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans and oversee project execution for client projects
• Work with HR and project team members to identify staffing needs and develop staffing plans for projects
• Manage the recruitment, hiring, and training of employees for client projects
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance evaluations
• Oversee employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective action when necessary
• Work with the finance team to manage project budgets and forecast staffing needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to ensure that project staffing needs are aligned with their expectations
• Manage vendor relationships for staffing, training, and other HR-related services
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry
• Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Details:

· Location- Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
· Schedule- Day Shift (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
· Working days- 6 days i.e. Monday to Saturday
· Joining- Immediate
· Salary- The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
