• Partner with internal corporate HR teams, to ensure smooth execution of corporate-level initiatives
• Conduct SWOT analysis and failure mode assessments
• Conduct internal assessments on efficiency and effectiveness
• Design dip stick surveys to assess employee/candidate experience and sentiment
• Set up reviews and governance mechanisms
• Create internal branding for key projects in partnership with project owners and Marcom
• Create a baseline on key metrics and drive measurable improvements
• Analyze trends & metrics in partnership with other HR departments
Primary Skills
• Candidate should have project management experience (six sigma or PMP exposure/certification preferred)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & data analytics must have the ability to deep dive into data for insights and recommendations
• MBA HR specialization
• Experience in working on organizational projects
• Project management exposure is a must preferred areas consulting or digital HR project implementations

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fearless communicator with a bias for action
• Excellent attention to detail, planning and strategic thinking
