JOB PROFILE:
• Who knows how to keep people motivated.
• Understanding the Job Description for Manpower Requirement provided by each vertical.
• Searching Profiles through Online (Job portals & other search engines) / Personal Network / Employee reference and short listing the relevant profiles through initial screening rounds as per the Job Description.
• Scheduling the Final round of interview with the Vertical Head.
• Keep a regular follow up with the selected candidates to stay updated with their joining schedule.
• Meeting the recruitment targets within the given time line.
• Should be able to take additional responsibilities of Generalist HR functions.
Required Skills: -
1. Excellent Verbal & Written English
2. Optimistic, Assertive & Pleasant Personality.
3. Ability to manage pressure like situation in terms of recruitment target.
4. Demonstrated success in designing and executing recruitment campaigns for difficult-to-fill positions.
5. Comfortable using recruiting and sourcing methods including: direct sourcing, professional networking tools, Internet based recruiting tools, search engines, etc.
5. Proven ability to support a dynamic and fast-growth environment
