Key responsibilities:
1. Designing and updating job descriptions
2. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
3. Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interviewing candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Jaipur
