We are currently seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Chennai team and drive our full-cycle recruitment efforts.
Job Summary
The HR Recruiter at our Global Delivery Center in Chennai will be instrumental in executing full-cycle recruitment activities. This encompasses sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a significant emphasis on IT and technical roles. The candidate will be crucial in aligning our talent acquisition strategies with global objectives and adapting them to the local talent market.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates in both global and local markets, particularly for IT and technical positions.
• Resume Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to select candidates who align with our technical, professional, and organizational culture standards.
• Interview Facilitation: Manage and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and reflective candidate experience of our global stature and local values.
• Candidate Assessment and Onboarding: Oversee a thorough evaluation process, and manage the onboarding of new hires, aligning with global and local HR practices.
• Collaboration & Strategy Development: Work in tandem with global and local leadership to identify staffing needs and craft effective, responsive recruitment strategies.
• Market Insight and Compliance: Stay updated on global IT sector trends and local employment regulations to ensure our recruitment practices remain cutting-edge and compliant.
• Performance Metrics: Track recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and success, ensuring the optimization of recruitment processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially in IT or technology-focused roles.
• Familiarity with various ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
• Deep understanding of both global recruitment standards and local hiring practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate a diverse corporate environment.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks within tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in the IT and technology recruitment sectors, with insights into global and local talent trends.
• Knowledge of international and Indian employment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in inclusive and diversity-oriented hiring practices
