Join Our Team as an HR Recruiter!
Hi there,
We're looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Source candidates via online channels and data.
- Craft recruiting emails.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person).
- Advertise job openings on various platforms.
- Provide candidate shortlists to hiring managers.
- Monitor key HR metrics like time-to-fill and time-to-hire.
- Participate in job fairs and in-house events.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
Requirements:
- Any graduate fresher or experienced candidates.
- HR specialization preferred.
Salary:
- Freshers: INR 13k-16k
and plus incentives based on your performance
- Experienced: Based on last drawn.
