Job role : HR Executive ( Recruiter)
Experience : minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
Timings : + am to 6 pm
Working days : Monday to Saturday
We are looking for candidates staying nearby Thane
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Hiring Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and desired skills.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals, to attract potential candidates.
Screening Applications: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the job requirements.
Conducting Interviews: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone screens, in-person interviews, and potentially assessments.
Negotiating Offers: Work with hiring managers and candidates to determine and negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Onboarding: Assist with the initial onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintaining Records: Keep track of recruitment activities, candidate information, and hiring metrics.
Developing Recruitment Strategies: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment processes.
