Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment)
Job Location: Thane
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: +:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Department: Human Resources
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment. Candidates with prior experience in the manufacturing sector and familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment tools will be given preference. The role requires handling end-to-end recruitment processes to support the organization's talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand current and future hiring requirements.
Post job vacancies on various platforms including Naukri, Indeed, and social media.
Conduct preliminary interviews and facilitate the interview process with the respective teams.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation.
Provide regular updates and reports to the management on recruitment status.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1–2 years in recruitment; experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
LinkedIn Recruitment: Candidates with experience in posting jobs and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn will have an added advantage.
Education: Graduate in any discipline; specialization in HR is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with recruitment tools/portals.
