Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Pune
Education Qualification:
Masters Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Experience: 0-1 year
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview feedback.
Maintain recruitment data and candidate database.
Assist in onboarding process and documentation.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time (Work from office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
