Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to support the firm’s rapid growth. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from posting jobs to onboarding selected candidates.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in developing employer branding strategies and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports and metrics regularly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
