Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates through various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or engineering field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize workload
Tech-savvy and comfortable using remote tools for interviews and communication
