Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding. If you are passionate about identifying talent and helping people find the right career opportunities, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
Draft and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
Generate reports related to recruitment metrics and hiring status
Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
