Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives who can manage end-to-end recruitment and close positions across multiple industries.
This role is ideal for candidates from recruitment consultancies or staffing firms who are target-driven and can work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
Understand client requirements and deliver relevant candidates
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with clients
Manage offer negotiation and closures
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS
Ensure timely closures within defined TAT
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in recruitment/staffing industry
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Proven ability to close positions independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements
Basic knowledge of Excel and job portals
Preferred Candidate
Experience in consultancy / staffing firm
Target-oriented and result-driven
Immediate joiners preferred
