Job Description
Sourcing: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and internal referrals.
Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the job.
Interviewing: Conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Offer Negotiation: Collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Onboarding: Assisting new hires with the onboarding process.
Strategy Development: Working with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Tracking Metrics: Monitoring key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire, to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Building Relationships: Cultivating relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of current trends and best practices in recruitment.
