Key Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
Attract top talent through job portals, social media, and networking
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Create engaging job descriptions and maintain candidate database
Partner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements
Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment standards
Enhance hiring strategies to improve quality and efficiency
Handle salary negotiations, background checks, and onboarding
Support internship programs and internal mobility initiatives
Organize cultural events to foster team engagement and inclusivity

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
