About the role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles. You will source, screen, and engage top IT talent while collaborating with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and networks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture.
Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
Stay updated on IT trends, technologies, and salary benchmarks.
Build strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Requirements:
2–4+ years of NON- IT recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
Hands-on knowledge of software development, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, or data analytics roles.
Experience recruiting in the same industry is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or relevant field.
Working Hours & Days:
Full-time, Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
