Must Criteria:
Qualification - Graduate, or HSC
Experience - 6 months & above (freshers are also considered)
Deliverables:
✓You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and screening candidates for our clients.
✓You would be maintaining an effective talent pipeline of potential candidates.
✓ Familiarity with joboards
The roles & responsibility includes:
•Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms
•Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media
•Ensure company staffing needs are filled on time, and that the company maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates.
•Coordinating with management to identify future staffing needs
•Schedule interviews
