Job Description
• Communicate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify business needs and to provide talent solution on candidate sourcing
• Timely arrange candidate interviews and give feedback to recruiter and hiring managers;
• Work with Recruitment Partners and be the SPOC for clients on behalf of the company
• Having prior recruitment experience [ IT/ non-IT ] will be preferred.
• Should have knowledge and experience working on different job.
• Search candidates through multiple channels and proactively conduct phone calls to build connections with candidates;
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• End to End recruitment responsibility
Desired candidate profile:
• Around 1-4 years of working experience in Recruitment function with manpower placement agencies or in a company with with strong direct sourcing skills.
• Good in MS Office
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• Has strong learning ability, interpersonal skills and teamwork skill;
• Passionate with recruiting job, energetic, willing to learn.
• Confident and Self Starter
• Deadline-driven mindset
• Proactive and ready to take initiatives.
• Ambitious and growth oriented; desire to learn new areas in HR as part of career development & growth
