Job Description
Role' Responsibilities:
• Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals through all possible means.
• Screening and Skills Assessment as per the job requirement.
• Scheduling, Follow-up, Co-ordinating with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from interviewer.
• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationship with hiring manager' and candidate.
• Work closely with Hiring Manager' to develop relationship and to understand overall need' and requirements.
• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager.
• Co-ordination with Consultant's.
Desired Profile
Should have an experience in Bulk-Hiring, Good Sourcing Convincing Skills.
Ctc : In-Hand 15K to 20K
Designation : HR-Recruiter (BFSI Sector)
Location : 22nd Floor, A Wing, Marathon Futurex, NM Joshi Marg, Lower Parel East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013.
