Responsibilities :
Working on recruitment process.
Sourcing and screening candidates from varius job portals as per the job decription.
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with both clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
