1. Handle end-to-end recruitment
2. Screen the candidate based upon the educational qualification, technical skills, communication skill, and experience in preliminary rounds
3. Good Knowledge on BPO/KPO hiring
4. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
5. Work proactively with other team members
6. Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects
7. Openly share new ideas and information with other team members
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Equinox labs Rabale R854, Navi Mumbai - 400701, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
