Hiring for Recruiter at Airoli (Navi Mumbai) for a recruitment consultancy.
Job Location Airoli
Position HR Recruiter
Education HSC / Graduation.
Experience Fresher or Min 1 year in recruitment.
Salary upto 18000 pm + Incentives + Mobile Reimbursement.
Skills Required Good Spoken English and Good Communication.
Office Timing +.30 am to 6.30 pm
Only Female Candidates need to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing the resume from various job portal and social networking sight.
Effectively manages candidate calls, mails and response promptly and effectively to queries from clients and candidates
• Identifying / placing the right candidates at right job at right time for various positions.
• Taking a complete brief of expectations from Clients and understanding their requirement.
• Studying the J.D. provided by the clients in detail, conducting research about company, Retrieving information / searches promptly.
• Consciously obtains information from Client and updates the Search List.
• Contacting available candidates through phone or email.
• Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective.
• Screening application by conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to evaluate / understand their skill sets and area of interest.
• Forwarding the suitable profile details to the client.
• If profiles are short-listed by client then arranging Telephonic / Personal interview.
• Schedule the interviews (Date, Place and Time) for the short listed Candidates.
• Getting the feedback regarding the candidates & enhance the search to the position quickly.
• Co-ordination for joining formalities.
Should independently handle the entire recruitment cycle.
