Job Timings AM - PM5 days working in a weekRole & Responsibilities:
Handling end to end executive search for Banking Sector Handling mid level and senior level profiles. Interacting with the candidates to discuss and clarify requests for projects and understanding the Position.
Headhunting & Mapping. Developing and maintaining network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Using optimum Channel Mix to source the right talent within the agreed Turn Around Time Explore the market best practices in recruitment and implement them Effective and prompt coordination of interviews Final Negotiations till closure of the vacancy.
