End to End Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Generate new leads through existing candidates & advertise job openings on company’s career page, social media, job boards and internally
Candidate Coordination
Maintaining day to day MIS and updating the candidates data on the ATS.
Skillset
3 to 6 months of Recruitment Experience in Any Industry
Well versed with Recruitment Platforms
Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases.
Excellent Interpersonal, Soft Skills and Communication
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
