Responsibility
Responsibilities for day-to-day HR activities, recruitment & selection process.
Manage leave balance. Calculate the Attendance of all employees.
Responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for operational roles
Taking interviews at initial stage
Assisted with new employees on boarding.
Conduct reference checks for new joiners on a timely basis
Handling the Salary Breakup, Payroll.
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
Handling filing system and record the employees performance
Mail Drafting, Scheduled appointments
Help and organize training structure
Foster long-term relationships with candidates and build databanks.
Manage performance improvement plans
Engage employees in weekly/monthly and quarterly fun engagement activities.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment for IT and sales.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
