Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening
- resumes to short-listing candidates, coordinating, conducting interviews
Must have hands-on work experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Sourcing and shortlisting the resumes through job portals.
- Scheduling interviews, and briefing candidates before and after interviews.
- Contacting candidates, following up with candidates, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
- Experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, Quikr, Headhunting, and many more.
- Should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
it Should be good in the End-to-End recruitment process.
Must have min 1-3 years relevant experience
MBA Graduate is preferred
