Job Description:
1. Candidates who would like to build a career in HR.
2. Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.
3. Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
4. Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
5. Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates with Technical team.
6. Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.
6. Ability to research, understand the business process.
7. Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
8. End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet etc)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
