Job Description
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and specifications for each position.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, industry professionals, and external recruiting agencies.
