Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiter at Vistas Learning, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with the HR team to attract and retain top talent and contribute to the growth and success of our company. This position is open to both freshers and experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remote, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications on selected candidates.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the adoption of effective strategies.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Support the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and platforms such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Salary and Benefits:
During the training period, a monthly stipend of INR 15,000 will be provided.
Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be offered a salary package ranging from INR 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum.
In addition to the base salary, unlimited incentives will be offered based on performance and achievement of recruitment targets.
