Mumbai office venue - 502 cresent business square Kherani Road sakinaka - Mumbai. Next to sakinaka metro station.
DestinationHR deal's with mid to senior level positions with clientage like - Abbott India , Abbott Nutrition, Konika minolta, Acculife, HUL, Lakme, MAC Cosmetics , Intas pharma , Nirma group, Woodland, VIP Bags.

We have position of TL / HR / Recruiter
below is just the JD of recruiter
We cater to mid to senior level positions - 7 lacs to 1 Cr
JD:
1. Sourcing the best resource as per clients requirement. Headhunting and shortlisting candidates from mid to sr level.
2. Taking competency based interviews and giving only shortlisted profiles to HR.
3. Responsible for Day to Day interaction with candidates and ensuring a smooth interview process.
4. Ensuring quality delivery is done on time.
5. Responsible for negotiation on compensation, communication of package to candidates taking resignation copy , reference check etc .
Apart from this we have position for inhouse HR wherein profile would be 70% generalist and 30% recuitment
We have good incentive policies in place and employees earn good incentives.
We use Naukri portal and linkedin for sourcing.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
