Job Profile: HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Job Description Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and comprehensive job descriptions that reflect the requirements and expectations for each position.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and remote, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews, behavioural assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
Employer Branding: Develop and maintain a strong employer brand by effectively promoting the organization's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed and engaged.
Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to develop competitive job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and initial training coordination.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate feedback, to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, either as an HR recruiter or in a similar role, is highly desirable. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
Knowledge: Good understanding of recruitment practices, employment laws, and regulations. Knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, assess their cultural fit, and collaborate with team members.
Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and documenting candidate information.
Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is crucial in the HR recruitment role.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment strategies.
Recruitment Preferred Locality: Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka & Telangana.
Preferred language for recruiter Marathi, Hindi and Local Language (As per State)

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
