HR Recruiter

Import-Export company looking HR Recruiter for in-house Hiring of Commercial staff

· Sourcing candidate through Job portal Post, Data based access, social networking sites, Referral source, etc.

· Based on requirement shortlisting candidate

· Interview Coordination & Scheduling with respective department

· Conduct telephonic round interview

· Working on selection criteria

· Taking feedback on after each interview

· Offer negotiation to letter processing

· Follow joining procedure

· Look exit formalities

Candidate profile: -

· Require min 2 years of work experience in HR recruitment filed

· Independently can manage recruitment & related operations

· Should have experience of various selection process

· Able to Identify suitable candidates for require post

· Handle end to end recruitment activities, gathering requisition, sourcing, screening, interview, offer to till join.
