Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter to assist our recruitment team and ensure that all recruiting operations run smoothly. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to the organization.
Profile: HR Recruiter
Experience: 2 to 4 years.
Location: Bangalore
Education: MBA in HR
Salary: As per experience
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Examine utilizing various recruitment software/ job portal and recommend the best option as per the needs of an organization.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Assist hiring managers with interviewing techniques.
- Posting and tracking jobs on various sites
- Actively scouting new candidates from social media websites such as LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
- Conducting and screening interviews and coordinating with departments for second level interviews
- Coordinating onboarding process with internal teams and the Candidates.
- Should have very good experience in permanent & contract staffing.
- Experience/knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Hiring.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Different Job Portals.
- Must have done Domestic as well as international hiring.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources preferred.
- At least 2+ years of experience in HR and recruiting.
- Prior experience of working with modern software product or services companies
- Experience working and collaborating with team globally
